Deposit *

The deposit  varies based on session length. When I quote you, I'll also tell you your deposit amount.

 

For sessions less than 3 hours= $100
For Half Day sessions =$150
For Full Day Sessions =$300

 

This can be paid through Zelle or Venmo. I can also send you an invoice if you request to pay with a card but it does charge a fee.

This deposit does apply to the cost of your tattoo! 


Payment on the day of your appointment is accepted with Apple Cash, Venmo, Zelle, cash,  or card (though there is a fee.) 

 

Your appointment date and time is not reserved until the deposit is received. However, if you want to book your appointment and can't send the deposit right away, just let me know when you can send it and I'll hold your appointment for you. 

 

 

This deposit is also non-refundable.

Rescheduling


You may reschedule your appointment one time with a minimum one-week notice.

15 minutes late or more to your appointment may require a reschedule and an additional deposit.

 

The deposit is only valid for three months once the deposit is made, which means a reschedule outside of three months from when you made your deposit will not be valid. You will need to pay a new deposit.

Appointments set for November and December will not be given any reschedules without loss of deposit due to the volume of reschedules during this season.

 

Your Design

 

The day before your appointment, I'll send you a sketch of your design for you to approve. Minor changes can be made. 

 

Entire concept changes will require a new deposit and appointment, forfeiting your original deposit. Please be clear, descriptive, and sure on your tattoo concept. 

 

Additional Policies

 

Please arrive on time to your appointment with a valid ID, license, or passport. Please check expiration dates. Failure to bring a valid form of ID will result in cancelation of your appointment and a forfeited deposit. A new deposit will be required to reschedule.

 

Any loss of deposit will require a new deposit that does not apply to your final transaction.

I will reschedule appointments at my own discretion if needed. If multiple reschedules/no shows occur, I will not continue to work on the project and will result in a canceled appointment/project. Please communicate and respect my time.

 

Before Your Appointment

 

I cannot work on sunburned or irritated skin. This includes but is not limited to: Hives/Bumps/Rashes from new products, ant bites, mosquito bites, etc. Placement of the design may have to be moved or a new appointment scheduled.

 

Please inform me if you have any skin conditions so that arrangements can be made.
Do NOT consume alcohol or excessive caffeine 48 before and after your appointment.

 

Avoid any medications that may thin your blood, such as ibuprofen, omegas, and/or turmeric. If you are currently on prescription blood thinners, please inform me.


Please notify me upon first signs of ANY illness: headaches, shortness of breath, difficult breathing, chills, muscle spasms, muscle pain, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, diarrhea or other irregularities, fever, or an allergy symptoms. Any symptoms not notified and shown upon arrival to appointment will require a reschedule and loss of deposit.

 

The Day of Your Appointment 

 

Please feel free to bring snacks, headphones, a blanket/pillow, handheld games, phone charger, whatever makes you feel comfortable.

 

Eat a filling meal and get a full night's rest before your appointment.


Please note: Lack of adequate sleep, neglecting to eat, and stress can affect how your skin reacts to the tattoo process. Keep this in mind and feel free to communicate with me how you’re feeling.

If you’re sensitive to light, please bring a sleeping mask/sunglasses as my tattoo lamp is quite bright.

 

You’re welcome to scroll on tiktok/listen to music/watch tv/take a nap, do whatever makes you feel comfortable during the tattoo. For longer appointments, I usually pop on headphones and listen to an audiobook to help me focus!

 

Breaks are a normal and encouraged part of the tattoo process. I usually have us take a small break every 1.5-2 hours.


Please don’t feel the need to apologize for body hair/stretch marks/ scars.

 

Bringing a guest: You may bring one friend to keep you company during your appointment.
