DEPOSIT

The deposit  varies based on session length. When I quote you, I'll also tell you your deposit amount.

 For sessions less than 3 hours= $100
For Half Day sessions =$150
For Full Day Sessions =$300

This can be paid through Zelle or Venmo. I can also send you an invoice if you request to pay with a card but it does charge a fee.

Venmo: victoriatattoo
Zelle: victoriatattoos7@gmail.com

This deposit does apply to the cost of your tattoo!

Payment on the day of your appointment is accepted with Apple Cash, Venmo, Zelle, cash,  or card (though there is a fee.)

Your appointment date and time is not reserved until the deposit is received. However, if you want to book your appointment and can't send the deposit right away, just let me know when you can send it and I'll hold your appointment for you.

This deposit is also non-refundable.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment one time with a minimum one-week notice.

15 minutes late or more to your appointment may require a reschedule and an additional deposit.

The deposit is only valid for three months once the deposit is made, which means a reschedule outside of three months from when you made your deposit will not be valid. You will need to pay a new deposit.

Appointments set for November and December will not be given any reschedules without loss of deposit due to the volume of reschedules during this season.

Life Happens! Emergencies & Unexpected Circumstances

I understand that life happens! Family emergencies, car troubles, unexpected personal matters, and other circumstances can come up at the worst possible times.

Please communicate with me if something is going on! Even if it's just a quick email letting me know you're dealing with a personal matter, that's completely okay. You don't have to share details you're uncomfortable with.

I'd much rather we reschedule than have you push yourself to attend an appointment when you're emotionally overwhelmed, stressed, or physically unwell. Your mental and physical well-being are important, especially during a tattoo session.

I do ask that you communicate with me as soon as possible so we can discuss rescheduling and how your deposit will be handled based on the circumstances.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

If you become pregnant before your appointment, please let me know! I do not tattoo clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

You're absolutely welcome to reach back out once you're no longer pregnant or breastfeeding and are ready to get tattooed.

However, deposits cannot be held throughout pregnancy or breastfeeding. Since I only book appointments up to six months in advance, and the time before you're ready to return could potentially be a year or two, I'm unable to carry deposits over for that length of time.

A new inquiry and deposit will be required when you're ready to book again.

Thank you for understanding! My goal is always to be as accommodating as possible while keeping my scheduling fair and manageable for everyone. ♡

You design

Tattoo designs are typically revealed the day of your appointment, rather than sent out the night before. In certain cases, I may choose to send a preview beforehand, but this is not guaranteed.

I may occasionally prepare multiple variations of a design, but most often, we’ll review your design together when you arrive! Minor adjustments are always welcome, and we’ll have time to make changes before we begin tattooing.

However, major concept changes (such as changing the subject matter, composition, or overall direction of the tattoo) may require us to reschedule, depending on the extent of the changes.

Please be as clear and detailed as possible when submitting your original inquiry! If a major redesign is necessary because important details, preferences, or expectations were not communicated during the booking process, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.

My goal is always to create something you absolutely love, so clear communication from the beginning helps make that happen!

Additional Policies

Please arrive on time to your appointment with a valid ID, license, or passport. Please check expiration dates. Failure to bring a valid form of ID will result in cancelation of your appointment and a forfeited deposit. A new deposit will be required to reschedule.

Any loss of deposit will require a new deposit that does not apply to your final transaction.

I will reschedule appointments at my own discretion if needed. If multiple reschedules/no shows occur, I will not continue to work on the project and will result in a canceled appointment/project. Please communicate and respect my time.

Before Your Appointment

I cannot work on sunburned or irritated skin. This includes but is not limited to: Hives/Bumps/Rashes from new products, ant bites, mosquito bites, etc. Placement of the design may have to be moved or a new appointment scheduled.

Please inform me if you have any skin conditions so that arrangements can be made.
Do NOT consume alcohol or excessive caffeine 48 before and after your appointment.

Avoid any medications that may thin your blood, such as ibuprofen, omegas, and/or turmeric. If you are currently on prescription blood thinners, please inform me.

Please notify me upon first signs of ANY illness: headaches, shortness of breath, difficult breathing, chills, muscle spasms, muscle pain, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, diarrhea or other irregularities, fever, or an allergy symptoms. Any symptoms not notified and shown upon arrival to appointment will require a reschedule and loss of deposit.

The Day of Your Appointment

Please feel free to bring snacks, a lunch, headphones, a blanket/pillow, handheld games, phone charger, whatever makes you feel comfortable.

Eat a filling meal and get a full night's rest before your appointment.

Please note: Lack of adequate sleep, neglecting to eat, and stress can affect how your skin reacts to the tattoo process. Keep this in mind and feel free to communicate with me how you’re feeling.

If you’re sensitive to light, please bring a sleeping mask/sunglasses as my tattoo lamp is quite bright.

During Your Appointment

You're more than welcome to scroll through TikTok, listen to music, watch TV, take a nap, or simply relax during your tattoo! Whatever makes you feel most comfortable. There's absolutely no pressure to make conversation. This is your time, so enjoy it however you'd like.

As for the studio atmosphere, the other artists and I love to listen to music throughout the day, or we'll have trash reality TV, true crime, or documentaries playing in the background.

Please know that if anything playing on the TV makes you uncomfortable, feels triggering, or is simply too much, you can always let me know! We're more than happy to change it. Your comfort is important to us!

Fair warning, though: we have a habit of yelling at the TV, giving unsolicited commentary, and getting WAY too invested in whatever we're watching. So even if you're not here for the entertainment, you might get some anyway! 😂🖤

A Few More Things to Know

Breaks are always welcome! They are a normal and encouraged part of the tattoo process. I typically have us take a little break every 1.5–2 hours, but if you need one sooner, please don't hesitate to ask! Your comfort comes first.

All bodies are welcome here. Please never feel the need to apologize for body hair, stretch marks, scars, or anything else about your body. I promise you, there's nothing to be embarrassed about!

Bringing a Guest: Due to limited space in the studio, guests are unfortunately not permitted. Thank you for understanding!

Appointment Photos: Please remind me to send you the photos from your appointment! I take them with every intention of sending them and then promptly forget. :,)

Questions? Never hesitate to reach out before or after your appointment! Whether you're unsure about something beforehand or have questions about healing and aftercare, I'm always happy to help. 🖤
